Return Policy
As a small business owner, I am committed to providing original art and items that bring you joy.
For CARDS and STICKERS, all sales are final. For all other items (excluding original artwork), returns or exchanges are accepted. You must notify me at tailbonedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order for your refund or exchange to be accepted.
For all ORIGINAL ARTWORK (canvas, paper, and wood paintings), all sales are final. Shipping back and forth could cause irreparable damage to these original works of art.
DAMAGED GOODS - In the case of receiving damaged goods caused during the shipping process, please email me at tailbonedesigns@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged package and art within 7 days of receiving your package. In this case, I will process a refund OR attempt to remake your work of art. No two paintings will ever be the same, however I would do my best to replicate the damaged piece.
Shipping and Handling
Every effort will be made to process and ship your order as soon as possible. However, please allow up to two weeks for processing, as I live in a remote location. I use USPS for most orders, and shipping from Alaska can take longer than anticipated. In an effort to expedite this process, your order may arrive in more than one package.
Terms of Service
By using this site and/or purchasing products form Tailbone Designs, the user understands that all works of art represented here are protected by United States copyright laws. They user further understand that this content cannot be used for commercial purposes by others. Images from this may not be downloaded or printed for personal use without the expressed written consent of the artist (Heidi Franke/Tailbone Designs).
I retain the right to refuse service to any customer who violates the Terms of Service. In other words, I work really hard on my stuff. Please don’t be a jerk.
